Shipping

 

We do our best to package and ship your order as soon as possible which is why orders always ship within 1-2 business days—though, you can typically expect yours to go out the same day. (Except for weekends and holidays, and after 5pm, of course!)

Bliss ships online orders by USPS and UPS. Rates and delivery windows may vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information. You will also receive shipment updates, including delivery notifications. Bliss is not responsible for stolen packages or delayed shipments due to carrier issues.

 

Orders over $100 always SHIP FREE

 

We offer free standard (ground) shipping on orders over $100 and gift cards.

 

Changing Your Shipping Method

 

We cannot change the shipping method or delivery address after an order is placed. If you'd like to make shipping changes, please cancel your order, and place a new order with the updated shipment preferences. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped and in transit to the recipient.

 

In-Store Pickup

 

If you're located in the Knoxville area, we also offer in store pickup for online orders. Pickup orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. *Please note the pickup time included in your Order Confirmation is an estimate only, and not guaranteed.

Please be sure to have a copy of your Order Confirmation email when you arrive for pickup. Personal identification may also be required. Orders can be picked up from the register—we do not offer curbside pickup.

Bliss holds pickup orders for 14 business days, after which the order will be canceled and refunded.

 

Order Cancellation

 

If you need to cancel your order, there is a limited time window to do so. Once your order ships, it cannot be canceled.

You can cancel your online order via the link included in your Order Confirmation email, or by contacting us at greeting@shopinbliss.com. Online orders cannot be canceled via phone.
