Shipping & Pickup Policy
Orders Shipping via USPS
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm EDT are processed same day. Orders placed Monday-Thursday after 2pm EDT are processed the following day. Orders placed after 2pm EDT on Friday, and orders placed Saturday-Sunday are processed the following business day.
Orders Shipping via FedEx & UPS
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 4pm EDT are processed same day. Orders placed Monday-Thursday after 4pm EDT are processed the following day. Orders placed Friday after 4pm EDT, and orders placed Saturday-Sunday are processed the following business day.
Bliss is not responsible for delayed shipments due to carrier issues.
The shipment method cannot be changed after an order is placed. If you'd like to change the method of shipment, you must cancel your order, and place a new order with the updated shipping preferences. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped and in transit to the delivery address.
In Store Pickup
Pickup is available from our downtown (445 S. Gay Street) and West Town Mall locations only. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm EDT are processed within 24-48 business hours. Orders placed Saturday-Sunday will not be available for pickup until the following business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday are subject to longer wait times.
Pickup times included with order confirmations are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. If you do not receive this email, your order is not ready for pickup, and you may be required to wait or return the following day.
Bliss holds pickup orders for 10 business days, after which the order will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method. If you miss the pickup window and your order is cancelled / refunded, you must place a new order. Availability of the item(s) cannot be guaranteed.
Bliss does not offer curbside pick up. Orders must be picked up in store at the register. Proof of purchase (a copy of the order confirmation) must be provided at pick up. Personal identification may also be required.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so at any time via the link included in your order confirmation email, or by logging into your Bliss account at shopinbliss.com, selecting the order in question, and choosing cancellation. Online orders cannot be cancelled via telephone.
