Returns & Exchanges
Bliss accepts returns of online purchases within 30 days of receipt or pickup of the item(s) for exchange, refund or store credit. Returns and exchanges are valid for in stock items only, and will not be accepted without proof of purchase.
Online purchases may be returned or exchanged in store and by mail. Markdowns, gift cards and seasonal items are final sale.

In Store Returns & Exchanges
Bliss accepts returns of online purchases at our downtown (445 S. Gay Street) and West Town Mall locations.
A copy of the order confirmation, with prices, is required for in store returns and exchanges. Customer must present the credit or debit card used at time of purchase for refund in the form of the original payment method. Personal identification may also be required. Depending on your financial institution, you may see the refund within 3-5 business days.
Bliss does not refund shipping charges.
Returns by Mail
Bliss accepts returns of online purchases by mail. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. A copy of the order confirmation or packing slip must be included in the return package.
Refunds will be issued within 48 business hours of our receipt of the return package, and will be credited to the original form of payment. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued. Depending on your financial institution, you may see the refund within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges by Mail
Bliss does not process exchanges online. To exchange an item by mail, you must return the item(s), and place a new order. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with their exchange.
Refunds will be processed within 48 business hours of our receipt of the return package, and will be credited to your original form of payment. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
