Bid Day Gift Bundle FAQs

WHAT IS A BID DAY GIFT BUNDLE?
A Bid Day Gift Bundle is available to send to any student participating in sorority recruitment at the University of Tennessee. Bid Day Gift Bundles are available for delivery to the student's new sorority house or pick up in store from our downtown location.

Please be aware that you are pre-ordering a generic package at the time of purchase as we cannot know the recipient's sorority until bids are announced. The Gift Bundle your recipient receives will include items from the sorority she receives and accepts a bid from on Bid Day (August 22, 2023). 

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN OUR BID DAY GIFT BUNDLE?
Bid Day Gift Bundles include 8 items decorated in the student's new sorority letters and colors. Gift Bundles are packaged and presented in the Sorority Canvas Tote.

Each Gift Bundle is $275.00 and includes:

• Varsity Sweatshirt – white sweatshirt with her sorority name across the front in multicolor glitter varsity letters; size large.
• Canvas Tote – her Gift Bundle will arrive in this tote, showcasing her sorority name in a fun, multicolor bubble script. (15" W x 16" H)
• 40oz Tumbler – she'll be hydrating in style with this trendy drinkware. Triple-wall insulated with straw and handle for easy sipping and carrying. Fits most cup holders.
• Fun Times Trucker Hat – to keep the sun off her face and showcase her sorority spirit; white hat with rainbow letters on the front.
• Heart Necklace – 18k yellow gold plated stainless steel with Greek sorority letters and heart charm. 16-18 inches; adjustable. Lobster claw closure.
• Keychain – stylish and functional, this wristlet features an engraved Greek letter charm. Made of soft silicone beads that slide on and off your hand comfortably. Stretches to fit any wrist for hands-free function.
• Miley Bracelet Stack – set of 4 multicolor elastic beaded bracelets with Greek sorority letters.
• Sticker Sheet – rainbow sticker sheet with 12 sorority-themed stickers.

Gift Bundles also include a special name tag and and hand-written custom gift message.

HOW DO I LET YOU KNOW WHICH SORORITY MY GIFT BUNDLE RECIPIENT JOINED?
As soon as your Gift Bundle recipient receives and accepts her bid, we need to hear from you. Please reply to your order confirmation or email sorority@shopinbliss.com with the name of the recipient and their sorority. If we do not hear from you, we cannot prepare the recipient's Gift Bundle as we will not know which sorority she joined.

ARE BID DAY GIFT BUNDLES AVAILABLE FOR OTHER UNIVERSITIES?
No, Gift Bundles are available only for students participating in sorority recruitment at the University of Tennessee.

 

PLACING AN ORDER

HOW DO I ORDER A BID DAY GIFT BUNDLE?
Easy! Orders can be placed online through the following steps:

• In the Special Instructions field, include your gift message (if you forget, you can reply to your order confirmation with your message)
• At checkout, select your Delivery Method – choose Shipping for delivery to the sorority house, or Pick Up from our downtown location
• If selecting Shipping (delivery), include the recipient's name and phone number in the Shipping Address and Phone fields, and UTK Sorority Village, 2629 Ann Baker Furrow Blvd, Knoxville, TN 37919 in the Address field (bundles will be delivered to each sorority house)
• Continue the checkout process and select Delivery $10.00
• If selecting Pick Up, choose the location Bliss (445 S. Gay Street)
• Continue to payment and complete your order

WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

Now! No, really – the sooner, the better. There's only a limited number of Gift Bundles available for each sorority.   

WHEN WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED?
Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive your order confirmation, please check your spam folder.

CAN I PURCHASE A BID DAY GIFT BUNDLE IN STORE?
No, Bid Day Gift Bundles are available for purchase online only. 

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive an email notification when your Gift Bundle is ready for pick up or out for delivery. You will also receive an email confirmation once your Gift Bundle has been picked up or delivered to the sorority house.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PLACE AN ORDER, AND THERE AREN'T ANY BID DAY GIFT BUNDLES LEFT?
Due to the nature of this product and availability, there is chance it will sell out. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Gift Bundles will be filled in the order in which they are purchased. It is in your best interest to purchase a Gift Bundle as soon as possible to ensure availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive an email notification with confirmation that your refund has been processed.

   

PICKUP & DELIVERY

HOW WILL MY RECIPIENT RECEIVE HER BID DAY GIFT BUNDLE?
Gift Bundles will be delivered to the University of Tennessee sorority houses on Bid Day (August 22, 2023) and the following day (August 23, 2023). You will receive an email notification when it is out for delivery, and once it has been delivered.

CAN I PICK UP THE GIFT BUNDLE IN STORE?
Yes, Gift Bundles are available for pickup in store only after we have received confirmation from you with the recipient's sorority. An email notification will be sent when it is ready for pick up. Please do not try to pick up if you have not received this email as we cannot guarantee that your Gift Bundle will be ready. 

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY FOR THE BID DAY GIFT BUNDLE?
There is a $10.00 delivery fee for all Gift Bundles delivered to the University of Tennessee sorority houses.

    

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY FOR BID DAY GIFT BUNDLES?
Gift Bundles are non-returnable once they have been delivered. There are a limited number of sweatshirts available for exchange only in different colors or sizes. Exchanges can be made August 25, 2023 through September 10, 2023 in store only. All other items in the Gift Bundle are final sale.

WHAT IF THE INTENDED RECIPIENT DOES NOT RECEIVE A BID, OR CHOOSES NOT TO ACCEPT A BID?
Please notify us as soon as possible. We will cancel your order and issue a full refund to the original form of payment. Email sorority@shopinbliss.com or call 865-329-8868 with the name of the recipient and request to cancel. We can only cancel the order if you notify us. We will offer full refunds through 11:59pm est on Bid Day (August 22, 2023). 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Depending on your financial institution, you may see the refund in 3-5 business days.
