Returns of Online Purchases

Bliss accepts returns of online purchases within 30 days of receipt or pickup of the item(s) for store credit, exchange or refund. Returns and exchanges are valid for in-stock items only. Buyer is responsible for return and exchange shipping charges.
Online purchases may be returned or exchanged both in store and online. When returning online orders in store, proof of purchase, including a copy of the order confirmation, packing slip or receipt, is required for refund in the form of original payment. Customer must present card used for original purchase in order to refund the payment method. Returns or exchanges of online orders will not be accepted without proof of purchase.
Markdowns, gift cards and seasonal items are final sale.
Exchanges of Online Purchases
Bliss accepts exchanges of item(s) purchased online both in store and online; however, we do not process exchanges online. You must return the item and place a new order.
