Getting Started

Bliss & Tori Mason Shoes is located on Gay Street in downtown Knoxville, Tennessee. For directions to our store, click here.

Hours may vary slightly depending on the time of year. For current store hours, please visit our Contact page. Bliss & Tori Mason Shoes is closed on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Visit the My Account page, and select Create Account to set up your new Bliss account. With your Bliss account, you can save items to your wishlist, track order status, checkout faster with saved addresses and payments, and more.

Orders & Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours. Please visit our Shipping page for more info.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking number once your order ships. You'll also receive shipment updates and delivery notifications. If you have a Bliss customer profile, sign into your account for order updates and shipment information. If you don't have an account, you can track your order via the link included in your Shipment Confirmation email.

Yes, you can pick up your order in store—just select pickup at checkout! Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours, and you'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please visit our Shipping page for more info.

There is a limited time window to cancel your order prior to shipment. Once your order ships and is in transit, it cannot be canceled. To cancel your order, sign into your Bliss account and select cancel. If you do not have a Bliss account, please email greetings@shopinbliss.com with your order number and request to cancel. Payment

Bliss accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club International, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

We're required to charge sales tax on online orders for residents of the state of Tennessee. Residency is determined by the delivery address entered at checkout. If your order is shipping outside of Tennessee, you will not be charged sales tax on orders placed online.

Promo codes, or special discount codes, are entered at checkout during payment. Promo codes are not case sensitive. Many promotions do not require a code, and will be automatically applied during checkout. Promo codes cannot be combined, and are subject to certain terms and conditions, based on the promotion.

Gift cards cannot be used to pay for online purchases. Gift cards are redeemable in store only at any Bliss or Bliss Home location. Visit our Gift Cards page to purchase a Bliss gift card online.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns are valid for in stock items only, and require proof of purchase. Markdowns, gift cards, and seasonal items are final sale, and cannot be returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Bliss does not accept returns outside the 30-day return period window. Please visit our Returns page for more information.

You can return an item by mail or in store. If returning by mail, Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges, and may select their preferred shipping carrier. If returning in store, proof of purchase and personal identification is required.

Refunds are typically reflected back in your account within 5-7 business days once a credit is issued. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing. You will receive a notification email when your refund has been issued. Please note: processing times do not begin until the day we receive the return package.
