Returns

Bliss accepts returns of online purchases within 30 days of receipt or pickup of the item(s) for exchange, refund or store credit. Returns and exchanges are valid for in stock items only. Buyer is responsible for return and exchange shipping charges.

Online purchases may be returned in store and online. When returning online orders in store, proof of purchase, including a copy of the order confirmation, packing slip or receipt, is required for refund. Returns of online orders will not be accepted without proof of purchase.

Markdowns, gift cards and seasonal items are final sale.

Exchanges

Bliss accepts exchanges of item(s) purchased online both in store and via mail. Exchanges cannot be processed online. Customers must return the item(s) for refund, and place a new order.
