Following the care and maintenance advice provided in our Furniture Care Guide will help to extend the life of your furniture. With simple and regular care, your new furniture should be right at home for many years to come. In the event your furniture requires maintenance beyond that suggested in our care guide, our Customer Relations Representative will work with you and the vendor to reach a satisfactory solution.
Bliss Home Commitment
Bliss Home Warranty: We partner with reputable manufacturers so that you receive the items you selected made with the quality you expect. Bliss Home warrants our merchandise to be free of defects in material and in workmanship. Bliss Home offers the following warranties:
Frame: 10 years
Fabric + Leather: 1 year for sewing, stitching defects
Seat + Back Cushions: 1 year
Cushion Inner Springs: 5 years
Sleeper Mattress: 3 years
Mattress Defects: 1-3 years
Mechanisms: 2 years
Manufacturing Defects: 1 year
It is your responsibility to notify us of any visible defects and variances within seven (7) days of discovery. Normal wear and tear or damage from daily use is not warranted. For example, fabrics and leathers may naturally fade over time, and cushion cores may soften and lose some shape; these are normal conditions that are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under the Bliss Home warranty. Proper cleaning and regular cushion rotation are necessary to maintain the quality of your furniture. Bliss Home does not warrant against any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care, nor does our warranty cover conditions caused by acts other than ordinary residential wear or those caused by any use other than that for which the product was designed. As long as your product is covered under the Bliss Home warranty, our Customer Relations Representative will work with you to find a solution for defects or damages. If your claim falls beyond the scope of our time frame for these warranties, we will make reasonable efforts to work with the vendor to find a solution. Please be advised that while our Customer Service Team may be able make the necessarily repairs or alterations, you may be subject to a $75 minimum trip charge, an hourly labor charge, and the cost of replacement parts if service is conducted outside of the normal warranty period.
Guardian Protection Plan Coverage
We encourage you to invest in the Guardian Protection Plan to obtain maximum protection and long-term coverage for your furniture. The plans cover fabric and leather upholstery pieces as well as wood furniture. Fabric upholstered items are sprayed with a water-based solution that provides excellent stain repellency, and all plans include five (5) year coverage for accidental stains, rips, and more. Plan details can be found on Guardian's website and at a Bliss Home store. The plan can be included with your purchase at any point prior to receiving your furniture, and your Sales Associate can assist with adding Guardian coverage to your selections.
