Online Orders Return Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction. For online purchases, we will accept returns within 30 days of receipt for store credit, exchange, or a refund on in-stock items. This does not include furniture or special order sales. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Exchanges and Returns
Regularly stocked accessories and in-stock rugs may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of purchase. Accessories may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Returned items are subject to inspection, must be in good condition and in the original packing materials and must include a receipt. Items returned via Bliss Home delivery will be assessed a pick-up fee equal to the charge for delivery. Items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All other purchases including special order items, in-stock furniture, clearance items, and floor samples are final. We encourage you to carefully inspect your purchase before leaving our store.
Special Order Upholstery, Case Goods, & Accessories
Special order merchandise is custom-made upon order and is non-returnable and non-refundable. Special order items require a 50% deposit, non-refundable after 24 hours. All items must be paid for in full before pick-up or delivery. All items must be paid for, picked up and/or delivered within 30 days. A storage fee of $100/mo. will be assessed for items not picked up or delivered within 30 days. If you do not accept delivery you forfeit 100% of the item purchase price.
Special Order Rugs
Special order rugs may be returned within 5 days. Refund will be less a mandatory 20% restocking fee. Customer must return all original packing materials.
Consumer information regarding purchases
As a consumer, be assured that Bliss Home affiliates & suppliers are well established and reliable. We work hard to provide a relaxing, rewarding customer experience by supporting you throughout the entire shopping process. We do not, however, maintain control over our vendors' means of production. Significant delays may occur due to fabric delays. Fabric delays may not be identified until late in the manufacturing process, sometimes only days before original expected receipt date. Fabrics and frames may be discontinued at any time and without notice. Bliss Home cannot take responsibility for delays attributed to items temporarily out of stock and/or items unable to enter immediately into production due to a lack of materials availability. Lead times quoted by Bliss Home are specified by the supplier or affiliate and are approximate. Bliss Home appreciates your patience regarding any and all delays in receiving your special order home furnishings. Clearance items are not warranted. Normal wear and tear or damage from customer use is not warranted. For example, fabric and leather may naturally fade or deteriorate with extended use. Softening of a cushion core or loss of cushion crown is also typical with use. These normal conditions are not manufacturers' defects and are not covered under this warranty. We will repair or replace, at our option, any items that are defective. Our warranty is non-transferable. Any damage upon delivery must be noted on the delivery receipt. Damage not noted on delivery receipt will be determined to be customer damage, and not warranted. Visible defects or variance to order details must be brought to our attention within 7 days of delivery. Issues not presented within 7 days of delivery will be considered acceptable and will not be warranted. Bliss Home will work with you and our vendors to resolve issues.
